1. 基本方針

コトリィ（Cotrii、以下「本サービス」といいます）は、個人運営者（以下「運営者」といいます）が提供する、ノート・記事・ニュースレターの投稿および公開・収益化を行うためのプラットフォームです。本ポリシーは、本サービスの利用にあたって取得する利用者の情報の種類、利用目的、第三者への提供および取扱いについて定めるものです。運営者は、利用者の個人情報の重要性を認識し、適切に取得・利用・管理することに努めます。

2. 取得する情報の種類

本サービスでは、利用にあたり以下の情報を取得します。

• 登録情報（ユーザー名、メールアドレス、パスワード、表示名、自己紹介文）
• プロフィール画像として利用者が登録するアバター画像
• 投稿内容（ノート・記事・ニュースレターの本文、画像、タグ、公開設定、有料記事の価格設定等）
• フォロー関係、いいね、リポスト、ブックマーク、通知の履歴
• 決済のために連携するウォレットアドレス、および決済確認のためのブロックチェーン上の取引（トランザクション）情報
• クリエイターが報酬の出金を受けるために登録する銀行口座情報（銀行名・銀行コード・支店名・支店コード・口座種別・口座番号・口座名義）
• 利用プラン（フリー・ベーシック・クリエイターの各プラン）および有効期限等の利用状況
• メールアドレス変更・パスワード再設定のために発行する一時的なトークン
• ログイン状態を維持するためのセッション情報およびCookie
• お問い合わせの際に利用者から提供される情報

なお、パスワードは復元できない形式（ハッシュ化）で保存しており、運営者が平文のパスワードを保持・把握することはありません。また、決済は電子決済手段であるJPYCを用いてユーザー自身のウォレットからブロックチェーン上で送金する方式であり、運営者が決済事業者に対して個人の金融情報を送信・保存することはありません。

3. 利用目的

取得した情報は、以下の目的のために利用します。

• 本人確認およびログイン機能の提供
• 投稿、フォロー、いいね、リポスト、ブックマーク等のコア機能の提供
• 有料プランの購入、有料記事の購入、メンバーシップ加入、クリエイター支援（投げ銭）に関する決済処理
• クリエイターへの報酬の出金処理
• パスワード再設定やメールアドレス変更確認などのお知らせメールの送信
• 不正利用や規約違反の防止および対応
• お問い合わせへの対応
• サービス改善のための統計的な分析

4. 第三者提供・業務委託先への提供

運営者は、以下の場合を除き、利用者の同意なく個人情報を第三者に提供することはありません。なお、本サービスの運営上、以下の事業者に対して必要な範囲で情報を提供することがあります。

• 出金先口座の確認のためのBankcodeJP（銀行・支店コードの検索APIの提供）
• お知らせメールの配信のため、ご利用のメール配信事業者（SMTP経由でのメール送信を委託します）
• 法令に基づき開示が求められる場合（捜査機関からの開示要請等）

5. Cookie等の使用について

本サービスは、ログイン状態を保持するために必要なCookie（セッションID等）を使用します。これらは本サービスの機能提供に必須のものであり、現時点で広告配信や行動追跡を目的とした第三者Cookieは使用していません。本ポリシーの内容を変更する場合は、本ページにて改めてお知らせします。

6. 安全管理措置（データの保護方法）

運営者は、取得した個人情報の漏えい、滅失または改ざんを防止するため、パスワードのハッシュ化保存、アクセス制御、通信の暗号化などの合理的な安全管理措置を講じます。決済はユーザー自身のウォレットからブロックチェーン上で行われるため、運営者が機微な決済情報を取得・保存することはありません。

7. 個人情報漏洩・セキュリティ事故発生時の対応

個人情報の漏洩その他のセキュリティ事故が発生し、または発生した可能性がある場合、運営者は個人情報保護法の定めに従い、個人情報保護委員会への報告ならびに影響を受ける可能性のある利用者への通知を速やかに行います。また、原因の調査および再発防止のための措置を講じます。

8. 本人からの開示・訂正・利用停止等の請求への対応

利用者は、運営者が保有する自己の個人情報について、開示、訂正、追加、削除または利用停止を求めることができます。これらのご請求は、本ポリシー末尾のお問い合わせ窓口よりご連絡ください。運営者は、本人確認を行った上で、法令に従い合理的な期間内に対応します。

9. 未成年者の利用について

未成年の方が本サービスを利用する場合は、保護者等の同意を得た上でご利用ください。

10. ポリシーの変更について

本ポリシーの内容は、法令の変更やサービス内容の変更等に応じて、予告なく改定されることがあります。改定後のポリシーは、本ページに掲載した時点から効力を生じるものとします。本サービスのご利用にあたっては、利用規約および特定商取引法に基づく表記も併せてご確認ください。

1. Basic Policy

Cotrii ("the Service") is a platform operated by an individual operator ("the Operator") for publishing and monetizing notes, articles, and newsletters. This policy sets out the types of information collected from users of the Service, the purposes for which it is used, and how it is disclosed to third parties and otherwise handled. The Operator recognizes the importance of users' personal information and is committed to collecting, using, and managing it appropriately.

2. Types of Information Collected

In connection with the use of the Service, the Operator collects the following information.

• Registration information (username, email address, password, display name, profile bio)
• Profile image uploaded by the user as an avatar
• Post content (text of notes, articles, and newsletters, images, tags, publication settings, and pricing for paid articles)
• Follow relationships, likes, reposts, bookmarks, and notification history
• The wallet address connected for payments, and blockchain transaction information used to confirm payments
• Bank account information registered by creators to receive payouts (bank name, bank code, branch name, branch code, account type, account number, and account holder name)
• Plan (free, basic, or creator) and its usage status (e.g. expiration date)
• Temporary tokens issued for email address changes and password resets
• Session information and cookies used to maintain login state
• Information voluntarily provided by users through inquiries

Passwords are stored in a non-reversible (hashed) form, and the Operator never holds or has access to a user's plain-text password. Payments are made on-chain using JPYC, a stablecoin, sent directly from the user's own wallet, so the Operator never transmits or stores personal financial information with a payment processor.

3. Purposes of Use

The information collected is used for the following purposes.

• Identity verification and provision of login functionality
• Provision of core features such as posting, following, liking, reposting, and bookmarking
• Payment processing for paid plan purchases, paid article purchases, Membership dues, and creator support (tips)
• Processing payouts of earnings to creators
• Sending transactional emails such as password reset and email address change confirmation notices
• Prevention of and response to fraudulent use and violations of the Terms of Service
• Responding to inquiries
• Statistical analysis for service improvement

4. Disclosure to Third Parties and Service Providers

The Operator will not disclose users' personal information to third parties without consent, except in the following cases. In operating the Service, information may be provided, to the extent necessary, to the following providers.

• BankcodeJP, for verifying payout bank accounts (via its bank and branch code lookup API)
• Our email delivery provider, for sending transactional emails via SMTP
• Where disclosure is required by law (for example, in response to a request from investigative authorities)

5. Use of Cookies

The Service uses cookies (such as session IDs) that are necessary to maintain login state. These cookies are essential to providing the Service's functionality, and the Service does not currently use third-party cookies for advertising or behavioral tracking purposes. Any changes to this practice will be announced on this page.

6. Security Measures

The Operator implements reasonable security measures, such as storing passwords in hashed form, controlling access to data, and encrypting communications, to prevent the leakage, loss, or alteration of personal information. Because payments are made on-chain from the user's own wallet, the Operator never collects or stores sensitive payment information.

7. Response to Personal Data Breaches and Security Incidents

In the event that a personal data breach or other security incident occurs, or is reasonably suspected to have occurred, the Operator will promptly report the matter to the Personal Information Protection Commission and notify any affected users, as required under the Act on the Protection of Personal Information. The Operator will also investigate the cause and take measures to prevent recurrence.

8. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, or Suspension of Use

Users may request disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their own personal information held by the Operator. Such requests should be directed to the contact listed at the end of this policy. The Operator will respond within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable law, after verifying the requester's identity.

9. Use by Minors

Minors should use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

10. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be revised without prior notice in response to changes in applicable law or to the Service itself. Any revised policy takes effect once posted on this page. Please also review the Terms of Service and the Notice under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions in connection with your use of the Service.
