特定商取引法第11条（通信販売についての広告）に基づき、コトリィ（Cotrii、以下「本サービス」）の運営者情報および取引条件を以下に表示します。
本サービスの月額プランは、Free（¥0／月）、Basic（¥330／月、税込）、Creator（¥880／月、税込）の3種類です。プラン内容および最新の価格の詳細は 料金ページ をご確認ください。
有料記事は記事の著者（クリエイター）が個別に価格を設定する都度課金制です。購入時に記事ページに表示された金額（税込）が販売価格となります。
メンバーシップは、クリエイターが名称・価格（300円〜30,000円、税込）・上限人数を設定して開設するグループです。読者は表示された価格を一度お支払いいただくことで加入し、以後、クリエイターが当該メンバーシップを終了させない限り、期間の定めなく会員限定コンテンツを閲覧できます。
また、クリエイター支援機能（読者がクリエイターに対しJPYCで単発の寄付を行う機能）をご利用の場合、本サービスは有料記事の購入額、メンバーシップ加入額およびクリエイター支援の支払額の10%を、プラットフォーム利用料として収受します。著者・クリエイターには残額が支払われます。
月額プランの価格には消費税が含まれています。有料記事の価格も税込表示です。インターネット接続および通信に必要な費用は、利用者ご自身のご負担となります。
電子決済手段であるJPYC（JPY Coin）による決済のみご利用いただけます。お支払いはユーザー自身が保有する暗号資産ウォレットから、対応ネットワーク（Kaia／Polygon）を通じてブロックチェーン上で送金する方式であり、運営者は決済情報を保持しません。
有料プランは、購入時に選択した期間（1か月・3か月・6か月・12か月）分の料金が一括で前払いされ、自動的な再課金は行われません。有料記事の購入及びクリエイター支援（寄付）は、いずれも操作を完了した時点で一回限りの決済が即時に行われます。
決済が完了した時点で、ただちにご利用・閲覧が可能になります。
有料プラン（ベーシック／クリエイター）は前払い・自動更新なしの方式であり、購入した期間の満了をもって自動的にフリープランへ移行します。JPYCによる決済はブロックチェーン上の取引としてその性質上取消しができないため、購入完了後の返金は行いません。メンバーシップ加入およびクリエイター支援（寄付）についても、支払い完了後の返金は行いません。メンバーシップはいつでも退会できますが、退会後は会員限定コンテンツを閲覧できなくなります。
有料記事は性質上、購入完了後に直ちにコンテンツへアクセスが可能となるデジタルコンテンツであるため、購入後の返金は原則としてお受けできません。ただし、システム障害など本サービス側の責任に起因する不具合が認められる場合は、個別に対応いたします。
本サービスのご利用には、最新版のGoogle Chrome、Safari、Firefox、またはMicrosoft Edgeのいずれかのブラウザ、およびJavaScriptを有効にした環境が必要です。

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions, the following information regarding the operator of Cotrii ("the Service") and the terms of transactions is disclosed below.
The Service offers three monthly plans: Free (¥0/month), Basic (¥330/month, tax included), and Creator (¥880/month, tax included). For full plan details and current pricing, please see the Pricing page.
Paid posts are billed on a one-time, per-purchase basis at a price set individually by each post's author. The amount shown on the post page at the time of purchase (tax included) is the selling price.
A Membership is a group that a creator opens by setting a name, a price (¥300–¥30,000, tax included), and a member cap. A reader joins with a single payment of the listed price and, unless the creator ends the Membership, retains indefinite access to that Membership's exclusive content.
For paid posts, Membership dues, and creator support (a feature allowing readers to send a one-time donation in JPYC to creators), the Service collects 10% of the purchase or payment amount as a platform fee, with the remainder paid to the author or creator.
Prices for monthly plans include consumption tax. Prices for paid posts are also displayed inclusive of tax. Internet connection and communication charges required to access the Service are borne by the user.
Payment is accepted only in JPYC, an electronic payment instrument. Payment is sent on-chain from the user's own crypto wallet over a supported network (Kaia or Polygon); the Operator does not hold payment information.
Paid plans are paid in full, upfront, for the period selected at purchase (1, 3, 6, or 12 months), with no automatic recharge. Paid post purchases and creator support (donations) are each charged immediately, once, upon completion of the purchase action.
Access is granted immediately upon completion of payment.
Paid plans (Basic, Creator) are prepaid with no auto-renewal, and automatically revert to the Free plan when the purchased period ends. Because JPYC payments are on-chain transactions and cannot be reversed by their nature, no refund is issued once a purchase is complete. The same applies to Membership dues and creator support (donations). A reader may leave a Membership at any time, but will lose access to that Membership's exclusive content after leaving.
Because paid posts are digital content that becomes accessible immediately upon purchase, refunds are generally not available once a purchase is complete. Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis where a system failure or other issue attributable to the Service is confirmed.
Using the Service requires the latest version of Google Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Microsoft Edge, with JavaScript enabled.
